Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is expected to manage and assist with developing, executing and analyzing clients’ integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, your primary job function is to learn and own execution and optimization on paid social media platforms including, but not limited to, Meta, Snapchat, and Tik Tok. The secondary responsibility in this role is to assist in areas as needed within the digital team, including, but not limited to, SEO, monthly client reports, and email marketing. This is an entry-level role of 1-2 years prior Digital Marketing experience.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of paid social media strategies
  • Understand and recommend budgets for client campaigns based on goals and potential limitations
  • Review and optimize social media campaigns during media flights and make recommendations for improvement
  • Perform continual research and education to stay innovative, educated and inspired for Overit clients
  • Assist in the development of insight-driven pitches, proposals and POVs; multichannel campaign strategies; and tactical plans
  • Know how to leverage audience targets, analytics data, digital trends, user behaviors, competitive audits and asset/experience evaluations to inform the marketing approach
  • Be a champion for best practices across digital channels and media formats
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing programs
  • Uncover digital insights and provide thought leadership in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to capably review qualitative and quantitative research
  • Firm understanding of user experience principles
  • Perform analysis to identify marketing insights, revenue opportunities, enhanced customer experience and cost savings
  • Develop regular reports to enhance success of digital inbound efforts
  • Continue to learn and grow within our organization
  • Assist in areas of the digital team as needed
