Digital Marketing Strategist

responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

  • Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives
  • Establishing KPIs to monitor marketing and sales performance.
  • Creating digital strategies and budgets to meet the objectives of client’s marketing plans.
  • Correctly track all conversions and goals
  • Assist with landing page creation and optimization for online ad campaigns
  • Work with paid advertising manager to monitor ongoing online ad campaign management and optimization
  • Conceive and orchestrate A/B tests where appropriate and analyze the results with the broader marketing team
  • Directing the implementation & monitoring of web analytics and organic goal completions
  • Managing monthly client reports on digital marketing efforts
  • Executes projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget
  • Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Extremely knowledgeable within digital platforms including, but not limited to, PPC/SEM, Facebook/Meta, Geo-Fencing, TikTok, audio and television streaming platforms
  • Knowledgeable in MAPs and CRMs such as Active Campaign, Hubspot and SharpSpring
  • Research, identify, and deploy digital tools (local, national) that help with local and organic visibility.
  • Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients and colleagues.
  • Curate and centralize all marketing/sales data into a real time dashboard using the broader digital team where needed to hook in all channels.
  • Strategizing proposals, estimations and SOWs
  • Attend client calls and meetings to inform them on their progress towards hitting KPI and sales goals
  • Move all clients towards a fully integrated marketing system with true lead to sale, real time metrics
    Salary dependent upon experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • At least 4+ years of experience in: PPC (Pay-per-Click), SEM, Digital Advertising Campaigns, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Prior experience in Google, Bing, Facebook, programmatic and social platforms such as Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok and emerging platforms.
  • Experience reviewing data presented by Google Analytics and other paid mediums online.
  • Experience and interest in related digital marketing tactics, including SEO, native advertising, and online reputation management, crossing into those areas as integrated campaigns.
  • Requirement for someone who can work out of our office (Albany, NY). We are currently WFH/Hybrid.
