Growth Marketing Strategist

Overit is seeking a Growth Marketing Strategist to be responsible for lead generation and ultimately the sales growth of our clients through omni-channel marketing strategies and advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will manage and assist with developing, executing and analyzing clients’ integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, you will create, implement and lead strategic digital marketing campaigns for an assigned number of clients. It is expected that you are well-versed in Analytics, SEM, PPC, SEO & Email Marketing.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Assess the business and strategic objectives of the client via sales enablement processes together with the broader digital team.
  • Establishing KPIs to monitor marketing and sales performance.
  • Research the customer client journey and establish personas to create marketing audiences.
  • Create digital strategies and budgets to meet the objectives of client’s marketing plans.
  • Research, identify, and deploy digital tools (local, national) that help with local and organic visibility.
  • Devise a SEO strategy along with SEO teams and cross-functional teams to execute programs that drive high-quality organic traffic.
  • Assist with landing page creation and optimization for online ad campaigns.
  • Work with our paid advertising manager to monitor ongoing online ad campaign management and optimization.
  • Conceive and orchestrate A/B tests where appropriate and analyze the results with the broader marketing team.
  • Direct the implementation & monitoring of web analytics and organic goal completions.
  • Manage monthly client reports on digital marketing efforts.
  • Work with the paid advertising manager to correctly track all conversions and goals.
  • Curate and centralize all marketing/sales data into a real time dashboard using the broader digital team where needed to hook in all channels.
  • Strategize proposals, estimations and SOWs.
  • Attend client calls and meetings to inform them on their progress towards hitting KPI and sales goals.
  • Move all clients towards a fully integrated marketing system with true lead to sale, real time metrics.
  • Work with the account manager and meet regularly to deliver results and advice to clients.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (brand, creative) to develop advertising assets, landing pages, emails, and reporting needed to manage programs at launch and beyond.

    • PPC (Pay-per-Click)
    • SEM
    • Digital Advertising Campaigns
    • Google Adwords
    • Google Analytics
  • Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking to and presenting marketing data and strategies to clients.
  • Candidates should have prior experience working with partners such as Google, Bing, Facebook, programmatic and social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
  • Candidates should be well-versed in reviewing data presented by Google Analytics and other paid mediums online.
  • Candidates should have an understanding of and interest in related digital marketing tactics, including SEO, native advertising, and online reputation management, crossing into those areas as integrated campaigns.
  • Candidates should be technical yet creative, leading creating thinking behind clients’ online presence.
  • Candidates will work with strategy, development and creative teams to ensure all strategy and messaging align with integrated digital marketing campaigns
