Paid Search Manager
Overit is seeking a Paid Search Manager with 3+ years paid search strategy experience (SEM) within an advertising/media and/or digital marketing agency environment. Agency offers stability, collaborative culture, great team and opportunity to work for a variety of clients from local businesses to well known entertainment streaming brands.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing SEM strategies across multiple engines to improve client goals (e.g., CPA, ROAS) and achieve maximum efficiency
- Conducting keyword research, writing ad copy, and establishing bidding strategies to meet and exceed client KPIs
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand search performance across global markets
- Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- Creating and implementing campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings
- Contribute to the development and execution of market strategies for Paid Search campaigns, including developing strategic roadmaps, test plans, and risk/benefit analysis
- Analyze results and develop actionable insights and make optimizations to ensure KPIs are exceeded or met
- Compilation of performance results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis with analysis for client presentations
You believe in:
- 3+ year paid search experience
- must have agency (advertising or media) background
- excellent written and communication skills
- must have experience with day to day paid budgets
- Experience with Google Local Services, Programmatic, Social Media, Amazon advertising a plus!
You'll get:
Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
