Having spent the last twelve years in the online education publishing world, Jim comes to Overit with a strong background in project management and workflow implementation. He’s passionate about finding efficiencies in systems, and assuring that projects exceed customers’ expectations.

Jim has successfully overseen multi-million dollar projects reaching millions of customers and brings that experience to Overit to help the agency launch into its next phase of serving as the creative partner for clients committed to growth in the digital era.

When Jim isn’t working on improving workflows at Overit, he also owns and runs Nippertown.com. Nippertown is dedicated to the music, theater, and arts scene in New York’s Capital Region and has been named the Best Arts Publication the last four years. Jim has also been awarded as the region’s Best Arts Journalist in 2020 and Best Music Photographer in 2021.

Jim found out a long time ago that the secret to his happiness is a successful work/life balance and that includes putting in an honest week’s work then going home to his family, hiking with his wife and dogs, and catching a concert.
