Dan O’Leary, Senior Digital Strategist: Throughout his career, Dan has worked with hundreds of clients in nearly every vertical, from enterprise-level fortune 500 companies to family-owned small businesses. Initially working in content creation, Dan quickly dived headfirst into search engine optimization (SEO), digital analytics, and the finer points of website auditing. Dan emphasizes the importance of ongoing client and colleague education with a Master’s degree in teaching and prior stints in higher education. He will offer actionable steps and resources for website owners concerned with ADA Compliance from a digital strategists’ perspective.

Michelle Toch Dinsmore, Principal: Michelle has been instrumental in growing the Overit brand into a multi-million dollar interactive agency.
