Media Planner / Media Buyer
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and the account team to understand the clients business
objectives and advertising strategy
- Create and maintain media plans to Overit’s standards
- Develop budget recommendations and track budgets appropriately across multiple
clients and multiple channels
- Plan and Buy traditional and digital media, including but not limited to
Television / Radio / OOH / Direct Mail / Print / Google Ads / Facebook / Twitter / TikTok
- Traffic appropriate creative assets to media
- Enter manage and be held accountable for all IOs and BOs
- Review and approve invoices
- Produce new ideas for ad campaigns, launch and monitor, and report back on results
- Effectively communicate creative needs and recommendations based on media strategy
and client budget
- Execute decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns
- Research trends in paid digital and traditional media advertising
- Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behavior and media
habits
- Present proposals, including cost schedules, to clients in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain good contacts with media vendors
- Ask and negotiate added value
Experience/Requirements:
- 4+ years traditional and digital media buying experience a must
- Broad knowledge of media channels
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
