With much of her experience in marketing and customer service, it makes complete sense that Alysia would thrive here in the role of Account Executive. Alysia started her career in public relations and marketing, and then took a 10-year hiatus to switch gears ever so slightly – into the food and hospitality industry. Working in restaurants, she served many roles, everything from management or bartending. This fast-paced experience surely helped hone her time-management and multi-tasking skills, which come in handy when juggling multiple clients, projects, and due dates.

Eventually, she found her way back to marketing and prior to joining Overit worked at a trade association in the communications department, taking on marketing and account management duties. At Overit, she spends most of her day liaising between clients, internal teams, and project management to ensure client projects are moving smoothly and staying on-point.

A life-long resident of the Capital Region, Alysia always has a recommendation for a restaurant or attraction to try. She is a health and wellness nut, practices yoga every day, is an avid reader, and a dedicated member of the Overit Book Club. She loves to spend time with her family and young daughter, and actively tries to live a “boring” life.
