Daeshan Buseck
Daeshan Buseck is a director, cinematographer, and visual storyteller who loves turning big ideas into images that actually stick. He brings a collaborative, hands-on approach to creative work—whether that means shaping a narrative, leading a team, or getting behind the camera. His love for the industry started early, making skateboarding videos with friends—”Please don’t search for them on YouTube, they are so cringe.” – Sincerely, Daeshan.
That early obsession with capturing movement and moments eventually led him to pursue a higher level of education in the field, earning a bachelor’s degree from Utica University. He has been professionally working in the industry since 2016, starting as an assistant editor on the feature film We the Animals. Since then, he’s worked across indie films, documentaries, and commercial projects for brands like Apple, Chime, and Instagram. Focused on the details that matter, he pairs strong creative instincts with smart production choices to tell clear, compelling stories. His work is driven by curiosity, visual craft, and a belief that the best stories are the ones that feel honest, intentional, and human.
