JoAnne first learned responsibility and hard work at age 5 – when her dad brought home a horse as a surprise Christmas present. Since then she has been obsessed with all things equine, from building barns to participating in shows, to clearing pastures and grading hills. 

This freedom gave her the belief that anything is possible. That every problem can be solved, you just need to want to solve it. This philosophy extended into her professional life where now, as an Account Manager, she solves all manner of problems every day. JoAnne loves helping clients solve problems and get results. She works with the Overit team to build strategies and smart plans to bring campaigns to life.
