As Overit’s Director of Digital, Ryan doesn’t believe in cutting corners. He is the guy making sure that your digital strategy isn’t just thrown together, but meticulously planned, expertly executed, and built to actually work. Ryan is responsible for every dollar of paid media that runs through our campaigns, ensuring that performance is maximized and backed by solid strategy. His specialty? Lead generation and healthcare marketing—helping brands connect with their audiences in ways that feel natural, human, and are most importantly, effective.
Ryan is a staunch advocate for user testing—constantly reminding (or, let’s be honest, convincing) others that assumptions are dangerous and that real-world data should drive decisions. He’s obsessed with making the digital world make sense, ensuring accessibility, and creating experiences that feel intuitive rather than frustrating. Quick fixes and haphazard strategies? Not on his watch. If it’s not done the right way, it’s not worth doing.
His love for precision extends far beyond digital marketing. Just take a look at his workspace—every wall (including the ceiling) is a fiery orange, carefully chosen to keep the energy levels high and the ideas flowing. That same attention to detail carries over to his home, where even the dish towels match. Because if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing all the way.
Fun fact: Ryan’s Overit journey started over a decade ago as an intern in our recording studio, back when it first opened. Now, he’s back—bringing with him years of experience, a relentless drive for excellence, and just a little bit of that “mad scientist” energy that makes Overit, well… Overit.
Oh, and if you ask him what his favorite food is? The only acceptable answer is pizza. Not good or bad pizza—only happy or sad pizza.
