About the Panelists:

Jeremy Evans has been with Overit for nearly 10 years and is an invaluable part of the creative team. As a senior graphic designer (aka Cosmic Dream Alchemist–according to his bio) Jeremy creates and redesigns logos, brand assets and guidelines, graphics for print, videos, digital ads and so much more. You might recognize some of his award winning work including CDTA, the new First Friday Logo, and Gore Mountain. is an idea-obsessed creative, strategic marketer, entrepreneur, and partner at Overit. She is a conductor for many clients, projects, products, events, and initiatives, weaving business goals with creative out-of-the-box solutions.

Louis Wittig is a seasoned writer and a hands-on creative director who is driven to make clients proud of where they work and customers happier with what they buy. He weaves together strategy and conceptual creativity to deepen client relationships. He’s worked on national campaigns for iconic brands including Folgers, Dos Equis, and Papa John’s. Louis is a Creative Director at Partners & Napier in Rochester, NY.

Jeanna Isham is the owner of Dreamr Productions, and creates sonic brand and product identities to create a sincere and unique connection between clients and consumers. About sonic branding she says, “Sound has the strongest and most permanent influence on a human being. It can draw you back to a moment in time or create a new moment right there on the spot. It is universal, it is permanent, and it is currently under utilized​ in marketing.”

Ashleigh Lindsay is the founder of Digitally Grounded, an agency that supports small businesses, community nonprofits and entrepreneurs with creative brands, website creation, SEO, and overall support. An entrepreneur since high school, Ashleigh loves helping “low tech” small businesses thrive online.

Doug Bartow has over 25+ years experience working with national and international clients. As Director of Design at MASS MoCA for 8+ years, Doug helped put the country’s largest arts center on the world’s cultural map when it opened in 1999. Doug left MASS MoCA in 2003 to co-found id29 in Troy, NY. id29 collaborated to build powerful brands, campaigns, and marketing strategies for a number of regional, national and international clients, including: PUMA Golf, New York State Parks, and Brown’s Brewing Co. Doug has been Design Director at Overit since 2022.
