The Global Cyber Alliance (GCA) has launched, holding its first strategic advisory committee (SAC) meeting in March at the New York Federal Reserve Bank. The mission of GCA is to identify systemic cyber-risks where significant progress can be made on risk mitigation, and then to bring together the people and resources to identify and implement a solution—to take action—and to measure the effect. The outcome of this effort is not a report with recommendations but actual risk reduction moving forward on a path to eradicate a systemic cyber-risk.

Every Tuesday morning, about a dozen residents of Shaker Pointe independent senior living community in Latham head out to volunteer at the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York, located in Troy. For two hours, they sort, scour, inspect or toss hundreds of cans and boxes of food as they pass by on conveyor belts.
In this post we’ll touch on ways these three marketing tactics can be utilized as a customer service tool to retain current customers and enhance a brand’s reputation.

Lucky Strike, the bowling, food and entertainment venue set to open before the summer at Crossgates Mall in Guilderland, is holding job fairs this month to fill a number of local positions, from general manager to bowling mechanic.
